The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Leadership Development Program(also known as LDP) is a nationally recognized certificate program for members of Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) to enhance their leadership skills, advance their careers and build towards the future.  In LDP, the tradition is to cultivate personal integrity and growth, academic achievement, and to build an inclusive community as business and community leaders.
